Under the Silver Marketing Plan, Listenza agrees to provide the following digital marketing services:
All services included in the Trial Plan
AI-based audience targeting
Appointment coordination support
Coverage of up to five (5) counties within the selected market
Ongoing campaign optimization and performance adjustments
Pipeline tracking and activity monitoring
Dedicated Account Manager assignment
Client support availability of up to 10 hours per day via approved communication channels
All services are marketing-related and delivered digitally.
Services are limited to the scope outlined above. Requests for additional markets, expanded coverage, or services beyond this scope may require a separate written agreement and additional fees.
Listenza does not act as a real estate brokerage and does not engage in real estate transactions.
The Client agrees to pay the applicable one-time setup fee for the Growth Marketing Plan, as clearly disclosed prior to checkout.
There are no hidden charges.
No automatic renewals apply unless explicitly agreed in writing.
All fees and billing terms are disclosed before payment.
Payments are processed securely through approved payment processors.
Due to the nature of digital marketing services and the upfront work involved, all fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. No refunds will be issued for services already performed.
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate business, licensing, and market information
Cooperate in a timely manner for campaign setup and approvals
Comply with all applicable advertising and communication laws
Marketing performance may vary depending on market conditions and client responsiveness.
Listenza does not guarantee specific outcomes, transactions, listings, or financial results. Digital marketing outcomes depend on factors beyond the Service Provider’s control.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or non-public information exchanged during the term of this Agreement.
Listenza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which Listenza is registered.
By proceeding with payment or signing below, the Client confirms acceptance of this Agreement and its terms.
