Under the Platinum Marketing Plan, Listenza agrees to provide the following digital marketing services:
All services included in the Gold Plan
Custom digital marketing strategy tailored to the Client’s business goals
Coverage of up to ten (10) counties within approved markets
Advanced automation and audience targeting systems
Dedicated marketing management and strategic oversight
Advanced pipeline tracking and activity monitoring
Digital advertising support, launched only with Client approval
Monthly activity summaries and performance updates
Custom performance reports and strategic insights
Client support availability of up to 10 hours per day, including SMS and WhatsApp support via approved channels
All services are marketing-related and delivered digitally.
Services are limited to the scope outlined above. Requests for additional markets, counties, or services outside this plan may require a separate written agreement and additional fees.
Listenza does not act as a real estate brokerage and does not participate in real estate transactions.
The Client agrees to pay the applicable one-time setup fee for the Enterprise Marketing Plan, as clearly disclosed prior to checkout.
There are no hidden charges.
No automatic renewals apply unless expressly agreed in writing.
All billing terms are disclosed before payment.
Payments are processed securely through approved payment processors.
Due to the nature of digital marketing services and significant upfront strategy and setup work, all fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. No refunds will be issued for services already performed.
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate business, licensing, and market information
Approve advertising materials and campaign launches in a timely manner
Comply with all applicable advertising, privacy, and communication laws
Marketing performance may vary based on market conditions and client participation.
Listenza does not guarantee specific outcomes, transactions, listings, revenue, or financial results. Marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond the Service Provider’s control.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or non-public information exchanged during the term of this Agreement.
Listenza shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which Listenza is registered.
By proceeding with payment or signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
