Under the Gold Marketing Plan, Listenza agrees to provide the following digital marketing services:
All services included in the Silver Plan
Advanced audience targeting
Email and text nurturing campaigns
Re-engagement of past contacts through structured marketing campaigns
Coverage of up to ten (10) counties within the selected markets
Pipeline tracking and activity monitoring
Monthly performance reporting
Dedicated Account Manager assignment
Client support availability of up to 10 hours per day, including SMS and WhatsApp support via approved channels
All services are marketing-related and delivered digitally.
Services are limited to the scope listed above. Requests for expanded markets, additional counties, or services outside this plan may require a separate written agreement and additional fees.
Listenza does not act as a real estate brokerage and does not participate in real estate transactions.
The Client agrees to pay the applicable one-time setup fee for the Gold Marketing Plan, as disclosed prior to checkout.
There are no hidden charges.
No automatic renewals apply unless agreed in writing.
All billing terms are clearly disclosed before payment.
Payments are processed securely through approved payment processors.
Due to the nature of digital marketing services and upfront configuration work, all fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. No refunds will be issued for services already performed.
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate business, licensing, and market information
Cooperate in a timely manner for campaign approvals and communication
Comply with all applicable advertising, privacy, and communication laws
Marketing performance may vary depending on market conditions and client participation.
Listenza does not guarantee specific outcomes, transactions, listings, or financial results. Marketing outcomes depend on factors beyond the Service Provider’s control.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or non-public information exchanged during the term of this Agreement.
Listenza shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which Listenza is registered.
By proceeding with payment or signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
