Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 16th November 2025

This policy applies to all service plans offered by Listenza, unless your specific plan page or agreement includes alternate terms. If your plan page states more specific or customized refund terms, those terms will take precedence.

1. Before Work Begins

If you have made a payment and no onboarding, data processing, campaign launch, or account setup has started, you may request a full refund.

2. Services in Progress

If marketing services have already commenced, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund or account credit for the undelivered portion of your services—only if you have:

  • Completed all onboarding requirements in a timely manner

  • Been available for campaign coordination and scheduled marketing activities

  • Actively complied with any follow-up or engagement requirements

If delays or performance issues result from a lack of responsiveness or failure to follow up on your part, no refund will be issued.

3. Delivered Services Are Non-Refundable

The following marketing services are considered delivered and non-refundable:

  • Verified homeowner engagement or scheduled outreach sessions already provided

  • Completed marketing campaigns, automation, or CRM setup

  • Any other services performed according to your plan scope

Once a marketing activity, campaign, or deliverable is fulfilled, it is considered delivered and non-refundable.

4. Plan Delivery Expectations

Each plan includes a target delivery of marketing activities within a specified timeframe:

Silver 18 activities 180 days
Gold 27 activities 365 days
Platinum 54 activities 365 days

If Listenza does not meet the delivery targets and you have fully complied with your responsibilities, you may be eligible for a partial refund or account credit as specified in your plan agreement. Some plans include sign-up fee reimbursement after your first successful marketing milestone; those terms take priority.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, send an email to info@listenza.com with the following details:

  • Full name and brokerage/company

  • Invoice number or plan agreement

  • Plan type and service start date

  • Reason for request

We will review your request and respond within 10 business days.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Listenza directly to attempt resolution prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized or premature chargebacks may result in service suspension while the dispute is reviewed. We are committed to working in good faith to resolve concerns whenever possible.

7. Final Notes

  • Refund eligibility is based on performance against agreed marketing targets and client compliance.

  • This policy is designed to protect both client investment and service integrity.

  • By starting any plan, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and your obligations.
