Under the Starter Marketing Plan, Listenza agrees to provide the following digital marketing services:
Campaign setup and configuration
Single-market digital advertising launch
Basic audience targeting
Coverage of up to three (3) counties within the selected market
Client support availability of up to 10 hours per day via approved communication channels
All services are marketing-related and delivered digitally.
Services are limited to the items listed above. Any additional services, markets, or changes requested by the Client may require a separate agreement or additional fees, subject to written approval.
Listenza does not act as a real estate brokerage and does not participate in property transactions.
The Client agrees to pay a one-time setup fee as disclosed at checkout for the Trial Marketing Plan.
There are no hidden charges.
No automatic renewals apply unless separately agreed in writing.
All fees are disclosed prior to payment.
Payments are processed securely through approved payment processors.
Due to the nature of digital marketing services and upfront setup work, fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Services already rendered will not be refunded.
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate business and market information
Respond in a timely manner to communication requests
Use services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Marketing performance may vary based on market conditions and client participation.
Listenza does not guarantee specific outcomes, transactions, or financial results. Digital marketing performance depends on multiple external factors beyond the Service Provider’s control.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the term of this Agreement.
Listenza shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which Listenza is registered.
By proceeding with payment or signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
